The prices displayed represent our standard rates but may vary based on project scope, complexity, timeline, and specific client requirements.

Any quotations provided are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All design work remains the property of Choglanncrex until full payment has been received.

Payment Terms

For design services, payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various forms of payment as specified in project agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and pursue collection of outstanding amounts.

Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond those included may be subject to additional fees. We strive to accommodate reasonable revision requests but reserve the right to decline requests that significantly alter the original project scope.

All revision requests must be submitted in writing and will be addressed in the order received. We aim to complete revisions within a reasonable timeframe but cannot guarantee specific turnaround times unless explicitly agreed upon in the project agreement.

Website Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the website for violations of these Terms of Use; take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use; refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your contributions or any portion thereof.

We also reserve the right to remove from the website or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems, and otherwise manage the website in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the website.
